Update: I have received my new glasses and the reading needed adjustment, no problem, it was done in a week and I got back the glasses that's perfect reading for me. Again Vicky helped me with all the necessary adjustments and now I can go running in these glasses! She is the master of glasses fitting!! So delighted with the level of customer service that was provided. A gazillon percent recommend XO Optix!! What a wonderful experience! Vicky helped me with my new prescription glasses today and I have only good things to say about my visit. She's friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable. And importantly, she's not pushy at all in trying to get me to buy the most expensive pair of frames I have shortlisted (like some other places do). After selecting my new pair of frame, she proceeded to adjust and changed the nose pads of my current glasses so that it doesn't slide off my nose, without me even asking for it. She also helped my husband to adjust his glasses and changed the nose pads for free (he is an existing customer). Such excellent service! They have a very good selection of trendy and fashion forward eye pieces, and in wide price range as well. The store is very esthetically pleasing and you can see they put in a lot of effort to make customers feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place for all your eyewear needs. Thank you Vicky!!
