First class. Booked for a tour on a Thursday. When we arrived at the four points we discovered the booking was for Friday. Totally our mistake for not reading the confirmation. Vivid was so accommodating and able to get us on another tour that day. (Thurs). Additionally we were staying in Vernon and they dropped us off without any extra charges. Blown away at the service. The wine tour itself was fantastic. Hit up 5 wineries in Naramata Bench (my fav area). Lunch at poplar grove was yummy. Our tour guides Adam and Norm were informative, friendly and practically professional photographers. Thanks for the amazing pics guys! I highly recommend Vivid and the Naramata tour. Such a professional organization that went far above and beyond! Thanks again!
