Vibe Lounge is seriously THE BEST! First of all, the workouts are dynamic, never repetitive, challenging but adaptable to wherever you are at in your fitness journey. The instructors truly care about your goals, experience and track your progress so you feel like you are always getting 1:1 coaching even when you do their group coaching classes. Their group coaching is maximum 4 people so you get hands on attention and ensure you are maximizing results but minimizing risk of injury. All the instructions are so inclusive, fun and knowledgeable. Luisa is an absolute gem of a trainer and comes with humour, energy and pushes you, while making you feel at ease! I have been going to Vibe Lounge for 6 months now and already noticed my strength has vastly increased! I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s a must go!
