Smith Assembly

Smith Assembly’s engaging team building and jedi training workshops strengthen relationships and improve workplace inclusion. Our hands-on workshops are co-created with innovators from around the world, feature inclusive cross-cultural techniques, and support social impact nonprofits.

Is your team feeling disconnected or uninspired while working from home during the pandemic? Are you looking for innovative, useful, and online alternatives to team building activities you’ve done in the past? Do you want to meaningfully contribute to your company’s diversity and inclusion efforts?

• Our 2-4 hour online workshop creates a space for building trust and strengthening relationships. Not only will you and your team members have a variety of opportunities to bond during this virtual event, you’ll also have a lot of interesting things to talk about afterwards.

• We leverage engaging videos and hands-on activities to introduce you and your team to a pair of inspirational innovators from around the world.

• Our online workshop features cross-cultural techniques and includes a participatory reflective practice on JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion) to help you clarify, personalize, and enrich your understanding of these topics.

• We participate in 1% for the Planet and donate an additional 5% of our revenue to nonprofits selected by our global innovators in order to amplify the positive impact they have in their communities.

Smith Assembly can help you build trust, strengthen relationships, and improve inclusion within your team. A regular cadence of team building and jedi training activities — like our workshops — will increase engagement, decrease turnover, and lead to greater team and company performance.
