As out of town buyers, we were very fortunate to have found Vittoria Solda of Royal Lepage. She helped us understand the ever changing market, preferred areas, navigate flood and tsunami zones. After a full Saturday of viewing a variety of houses, she suggested one more, that definitely was not on our radar. But turned out to be just what we wanted.
