Located in a gorgeous heritage red-brick building in downtown Nelson, Pitchfork Eatery was born in 2017 with the intention of bringing awareness of the value of supporting local and eating well to our community. Sourcing local, organic and seasonal produce from local farms and producers, chef Josh Mateschitz balances a classic Canadian-French bistro fare with Kootenay inspired ingredients and cuisine.
