Pier Law & Mediation

Family Law Lawyer and Mediator

Kendelle Pollitt, LLB, QMed is the founder and principal of Pier Law & Mediation. After practicing in firms of various sizes over the past 15 years in locations spanning from downtown Vancouver and into the Fraser Valley, in September, 2019 Kendelle decided to take the leap and open her own firm. She chose her hometown in the South Surrey/White Rock area, a vibrant and bustling community which has so much to offer families, individuals and businesses alike.

Kendelle’s practice focuses primarily in the area of family law, both as a legal advocate and as a neutral mediator. For over 15 years, Kendelle has been litigating in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, as well as negotiating successful settlements on behalf of her clients. Kendelle firmly believes that there is no one size fits all” approach to resolving conflict or assisting a family undergoing transition. She has spent literally hundreds of hours obtaining specialized training in alternative dispute resolution methods. These specialized skills, along with her commitment and dedication to each and every one of her clients, are invaluable to her ability to lead her clients to a speedier, less costly and effective resolution to their legal issues and/or conflict.
