Nourish Eatery + Juice Bar – BC Marketplace

Nourish Eatery + Juice Bar

Sunshine Coast eatery serving up bold ethnic flavours for those conscientious about clean healthy eating.

Food lover and wanna be full-time paddleboarder, Cheryl Chang is the owner of Nourish which opened in April 2020 just a month into lockdown.

Located on the corner of Teredo and Inlet Ave, Nourish features the food that Cheryl grew up with. Born in Taiwan, Cheryl’s family moved to Canada when she was 8. Because of this Cheryl doesn’t always feel like she’s from Canada nor does she feel like she’s from Taiwan. And because of that food has become her home. It’s the place where her roots live and thrive.

Nourish is dedicated to encouraging people to try something different while enjoying food that is both delicious and nutritious. This casual take-out restaurant features a variety of bowls, handhelds, and meal kits all of which cater to all sorts of eaters including omnivores, vegetarians, vegans, GF and dairy-free.

Recently, Cheryl welcomed the Victoria Pauls to Nourish expanding the restaurants offerings beyond just savoury food to sweet treats and custom cakes.

Cheryl looks forward to continuing to evolve what Nourish offers, while always keeping a focus on fresh, nutritious, delicious food that features nostalgic flavours from around the world.

Very good bowls with lots of options! I included tofu and mushrooms and opted for the cauliflower rice and mojito smoothie with the probiotic shot. Fresh and delicious! Nice staff! Location across from beach downtown Sechelt! Vegan and meat options!
