The search, evaluation, and hiring of the caregiver is all managed within our platform, and after the caregiver is hired, our care management app is used to record the duration of the visits, tasks performed and communications so that family members can remotely monitor their parent’s well-being.
By hiring a caregiver directly, caregivers can earn a higher hourly wage compared to what they would earn through an agency, and the senior pay less than what they would through an agency as well.
