Happy Heart Parenting has created the Rapid Access Program to help parents just like you access short-term services now. I hold my M.Sc. & actively pursue continuing education to serve children & families to the best of my ability. I believe in strength-based teaching to empower children & bring them joy.
2017 I became a parent myself & found out just how much I didn’t get about parenting with the exhaustion, mental load & postpartum anxiety. I found myself focusing on parental support in my practice & strive to help parents help themselves & help their children. Happy Heart Parenting was founded from this aim, to provide programs & services to best support parents & their children.
