He never tries to up sell you and sources the best diamonds for the best price. He does a really good job at making you feel comfortable and feels more like a friend guiding you through the process. We designed features of the ring together and the results far exceeded my expectations. I had a tight window and he still managed to have it ready for the date I requested. My fiancée absolutely adores her ring and loves the compliments she receives on it. I highly recommend Adam and his team and will definitely be going back for wedding bands.
