ABOUT LONG TABLE DISTILLERY…
We are Ginsmiths, makers of handcrafted small batch spirits, family owned and operated and Vancouver’s first micro-distillery. The passion we share for our craft is evident in every batch we distill. Using age-old copper pot distilling methods, we strive to achieve batch over batch quality and consistency.
Our 300L handmade copper pot still is the heart of the business and since 2013 it has reliably distilled our growing collection of contemporary, west coast inspired spirits. Our base spirit is distilled from 100% Canadian agricultural inputs, the water we use is locally sourced from our coastal mountains and our botanicals are hand foraged both locally and from around the world. Each batch is handcrafted from proprietary recipes created by our Master Distiller to exacting specifications.
Long Table Distillery opened in 2013 and was Vancouver’s first distillery since the 1950’s.
Long Table’s award winning gins and seasonal spirits can be purchased at our distillery Retail Sales & Tasting Lounge or throughout BC Government and Private Liquor stores. When you’re around town, ask for them by name at restaurants and bars throughout BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Yukon, Ontario and on-line in the UK.
