LIVE WELL Exercise Clinic Guildford

I feel very fortunate to have been recommended to Live Well by my family doctor. The clinic is not just about exercise but also about total well-being. The exercise physiologists Liz and Kevin are exceptional. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and made me feel cared for. After being diagnosed with a chronic illness, I was very weak and had no energy. With my regular sessions at Live Well, I became stronger and more importantly, happier.
