I needed a signature for a Power of Attorney that had been drafted by a lawyer on the island. Others I called would not notarize documents unless they had prepared them. Roman to the rescue. He quoted me $75.00 and I had an appointment the next day. When I arrived, He discovered that one document he had assumed would be part of the package was not there. After ensuring that the absence of the document was not a mistake, he then reduced the price he had quoted (which had been based on more documents). I would have been none the wiser had he charged what he quoted. I appreciate the integrity he demonstrated there, so rare today.
