We are proudly crafting a small batch healthy Asian ferments and educating about Asian-inspired food culture in Victoria, BC. Our main products include flavoured miso, gochujang sauce, and rice balls (It’s commonly eaten in Asia and very yummy!). We also host online/in-person workshops and teach people how to make miso, kimchi, and more.
