Owner and staff were very friendly. Offered me water, offered to drive me wherever I wanted to go while waiting for service, and even put on some Netflix during my brief wait. Tint has been great so far as well. Other shops in the area turned down the opportunity to work on my Tesla due to fears of cracking the window during the heating process. The crew at Ideal had no issues whatsoever.
