I’m the only guide who can take people into the Chinatown heritage buildings, the only one who has a Master’s degree in Chinese Canadian History, and I donate money to the benevolent associations for upkeep and renovations. I also make the elders lunch every two weeks to show my appreciation and respect.
I take people into numerous clan and county association buildings, a Chinese produce store, the Dr. Sun Yat-Sun Park, etc.
