Joanne Gailius’ focus is on whole body women’s health….bowels and bladders, pelvic organ support, baby-having, menopausal challenges, bone health, heart health, pelvic pain and breast/pelvic cancers. Restoring brilliant movement and meaningful function is what Full Circle Physiotherapy offers you. Whatever women’s health concerns you are experiencing, Joanne is passionate about helping you find the best you!

Joanne graduated from UBC in 1983 with a dual degree in Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy with a plan to work with children in the developing world. After working in Kamloops, Papua New Guinea and Comox, Joanne and her family arrived in the Creston Valley in 1999. Postgraduate training began with neurology and paediatrics, followed by community based rehabilitation. The next decade was devoted to manual therapy. In 2008, Joanne began focusing on pelvic and women’s health physiotherapy education and certification. Pelvic yoga therapy and yoga teacher training sparked a lifelong love of movement studies. Joanne assesses and treats women on an individualized basis in her clinic as well as offering PhysioYoga and y4c (yoga for people with cancer) classes The Yoga Room in Creston.
