Fit Body by George

My 6 week program with George was LIFE-CHANGING. Before I started, I felt like I was stuck at my post-baby new weight gain and no matter what I did, I couldn't lose it. George got to the heart of what I needed, but also worked with me to start new habits without the feeling of "it's too hard" or "I can't do it". It did require a mindset shift, which George helped me with, to find a new focus and new goals. I was successful with a total weight loss of 22 lbs in 6 weeks! It was a program tailored specifically for me, both with the nutrition plan and the exercise program. Thank you, George! I am eternally grateful to you for helping me finally get on track and be confident again! With the 6 week program, I no longer crave super sweet and savory foods like I once did. I actually enjoy healthy options and have been able to keep up with the exercise program George taught me to maintain the weight loss, and essentially by new body and new life. I appreciated George's 30+ years of experience so much. He goes off of what's proven, not the latest buzz weight loss gimmicks or crash diets. His no-BS approach was exactly what I needed. He's strict but not intimidating. I learned so much each week, and he answered a million questions a week for me, as I continued to learn. He held me accountable and refocused my mindset when I needed that extra motivation. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I don't really write that many reviews, but I had to for this because of how much this changed my life. I highly, highly recommend George! In fact, I already have to my friends and family!
