Fairmont Creek was established in 1998 for property management of 23 fractionally owned units in Fairmont Hot Springs. In 2012, we purchased the business and today we manage more than 50 properties in Fairmont and Panorama. We’re a family owned small business with 15+ local, full-time staff. We provide full-service property management of vacation homes, both fractional and whole owned. Our services include set-up and staging, marketing, listing, hosting, maintenance, housekeeping, 24/7 customer service to guests and owners.
