Dragon Metal Art

I’ve read good reviews on google which is why I decided to go with Dragon Metal Art. But it’s been a roller coaster of disappointment. Hassan as a person is very nice. But very hard to get a hold of. Had my aluminum gate installed Back in October 2020. First thing that’s wrong is my gate was way too long so it’s hard to drive my car in and park. But I let that go, because they were one month later than predicted time of installation as it is. Then I paid extra $100 for a lock attached to my gate. I messaged Hassan a few days later telling him my lock is starting to rust. No reply. Until I sent him an e-transfer asking for my $100 back. He only paid me back $50, his reasoning was because the lock was only worth $50. Then I also told him at the same time about some water stuck at the bottom part of my gate as I can hear it swishing around when we’re opening and closing the gate. He’s chosen to ignore me. Hasn’t replied since. I now am looking at my gate, I see a crack on the welded part. And some more rust on my aluminum gate. And No I didn’t hit my gate. These are all quality issues. It hasn’t even been a year and it’s already a disappointment. Beware of what you pay for! Messaged him again... and still as expected. No reply! *update- Hassan messaged me today (Jan 11th) to say my gate still has warranty and can be fixed. Will update review once gate has been repaired. *update April 15,2021* Hassan has come over and fixed the crack on my gate and also drilled a hole on the bottom to of the gate so the accumulated water would come out and not collect.
