Cindy’s love for baking began while growing up in the Fraser Valley, where she became known among social and work circles for creating delicious baked goods. People would even trade their services in exchange for her treats. A good batch of chocolate chip cookies could fix anything…even a car!
After moving to the Okanagan in 2002, Cindy began working as a wedding planner. In 2014, after many years of dedicating her expertise and creative vision to the busy Okanagan Wedding Industry, Cindy decided to take a year off which offered time to re-connect with her passion for baking.
In 2015, Cindy made the decision to combine her love of all things baked & delicious, with her talent for creative design…and Cakery Arts was born.
With over 30 years of baking experience, Cindy’s desire to custom-create amazing AND delicious cakes is driven by the challenge of designing uniquely special creations for all your family’s celebrations.
