I engaged James to upgrade my electrical service to support an on-demand hot water system and bring it the service up to code. He was personable, explained the process and what he was doing, and tried to manage the expense as best he could. He took care of everything and his attention to detail was impeccable. When his job was over he even called me to follow up to see if the hot water system worked out. A total champ, and would recommend to anyone.
