my boyfriend ordered the 12 roses for valentine day. It’s not related to their website picture at all. The packaging is almost same as what you got from supermarket. Just one pink plastic paper. Not worth the $120 at all. And he ordered for pastel pink, received just the ordinary pink. If you don’t have the same color, at lease you could have inform the customer. Updates—The owner has been really attentive to resolve the problem and offered me a replace for the roses, and another free bouquet. Appreciate the positive response!
