I rented with Sam last year when they didn't quite have their online system/review portal going yet. I rented with Sam again this year so that should be a great indication of how I valued his service. Communication fast, went through setup, easy to contact. Just a fantastic guy. Last year I rented Sam's treeline canvas tent and absolutely thrilled they've added iKamper to his fleet. Also thankful for the little crane to hoist it onto the roof of my Pathfinder (last year we had to lift it by hand). Sam's new location is great because it's on the way out going up island so perfect as you had up and also back down to return the unit. Note: the iKamper is a BIG RTT and the clamps that lock onto your rails are also big/deep, which means you need to have rails that are higher off the roof of your car or clamps will touch and put weight on the roof of your car. My factory installed rail and rack would NOT have sufficed. Lucky for me, I purchased after market Thule Rails that raised my rack another 3-4 inches off the roof so the iKamper fit perfectly. Anyhow, I have 2 trips booked (one is done), another is next week, and I plan another in late Aug. Highly recommend - only place in town that rents RTT at a super reasonable price. Great experience - I've already recommended Sam to all my 'glamping' friends.
