When I'm out in the backcountry, the black bean dip and hummus are not only packed with the protein I need after a long hike, but they save me weight in my pack. When I'm stopping for lunch I'll rehydrate them to spread on a tortilla, mix the black bean dip into a chili, or l'll dip pretzel chips to bulk up an evening snack. I'm also a monstrous car snacker, and love that I can make as much hummus as I need while riding shotgun! I bought the mini packs as stocking stuffers for friends and family, and they loved it!
