Redeem OfferInitially started with three brothers and eventually over the years we parted ways. Our interest in cafes began during high school and continued on into post-secondary, we loved tea, coffee, and the boba. The thought of working at a bubble tea shop was cool back then, after visiting a number of bubble tea shops and cafes locally, we began noticing the lack of customer service and that modern café experience in many of them. So we decided to do our take on what a café should be, that way we could focus on the parts we thought mattered the most when people visited cafes – the customer experience.
