Happy Cow opened the the Summer of 2011, in beautiful Fernie, B.C. We create classic and unique flavours of ice cream and sorbet using all natural and locally sourced ingredients. Since then we’ve added an ice cream bike and ice cream truck to service local events. In April 2016, we opened our second location in Cranbrook, B.C.
