I am a International Coaching Federation (ICF) PCC level executive coach, and certified Mentor Coach. I partner with women who want to make changes in their business or personal lives. My focus is on career transition whether it’s how to move up the ladder, change careers or understand what they want next, and developing steps to move forward.
I also work as a Non-profit management consultant, my 30 years in Non-profits both in Canada and Ireland has given me a unique perspective on leadership, management and social enterprise endeavours
20% of my work is pro-bono, I work with overseas volunteers who work directly with refugees and migrant communities, supporting these volunteers in developing boundaries, work/life balance, and second hand trauma.
